Hermanita's Circle - Girls Mindset & Support Group (1)

Dear Hermana,

Think of your friends, family, coworkers.  Have you ever noticed how many are unhappy? There are so many of us, women, walking around on this journey feeling stuck, wishing things could be different, full of sorrow and regret. It is so common that it has become acceptable to talk about and laugh about.

Is that the destiny we want for our kids? Is this really what we want them to inherit?

• Limiting beliefs
• Addiction
• Poor physical, mental, emotional, energetic health
• Fear
• Worry
• Financial struggle
• Anxiety
• Poor Relationships
• UNHAPPINESS

It goes on and on.

It doesn't have to be this way.  Empowering kids with tools for success and normalizing conversations around being the active and accountable participants of their lives is so very necessary and impactful.

Hermanita, we believe in being deliberate about conditioning kids to pursue their happiness while being the leaders of their lives.  We believe that empowering them with tools to help them navigate stress, anxiety, tap into confidence, and overcome limiting beliefs while practicing some very useful mindset skills is one of the most powerful gifts we could give our future generation. 

That is what our weekly Hermanitas Circle is.  It is group coaching for girls and we begin in September. 

So, what are the details?

- Where: Angels & Allies Home Base

- When: Weekly on Mondays beginning January 16th, 2023 at 4:30pm

- Who: Girls (10 - 16 years)

- What:  safe space, fun, inspiration, Heart Coherent Method group mindset coaching sessions, relevant discussions, movement, connection, art, music, mindfulness, meditation, belonging, and the support of sisterhood and fostering community.
