Hi.
My name is Leisis & I believe in the empowerment of girls. I started this journey a long time ago, but decided to make it official in 2018 when we opened the doors of Angels & Allies - where we are dedicated to create spaces and opportunities for girls to feel seen, feel heard, and grow. I believe that we all have the power and potential to have a joyful experience in this life and that we have access to tools that will help us achieve that. Living as the leader of your life can only happen if you can quite your mind enough to connect to yourself and understand who you are.
In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to learn about stress, the stress response, and its purpose. We will also have the extraordinary opportunity to explore creative ways to manage that stress.…
